Installing and connecting the electric heating element
This guide helps you install the electric heating element in your Heatnest radiator and connect it to the mobile app. There are two types: with cable and without cable (fixed element).

Installation with cable
With the cabled electric element you attach the element to your radiator and connect the cable to the power outlet. For the full step-by-step instructions with pictures, see the manual.

With the fixed element the unit is mounted directly on the radiator and connected to a fixed power outlet. The manual contains photo instructions (pages 1–4).

To connect the electric heating element to the Nex Home mobile app, the heater must first be in Pair Mode. Follow these steps:
- Make sure all indicator lights on the thermostat head are off.
- Press and hold the "+" button for 10 seconds until the blue light turns on.
- Once the blue light is on, the heater is in Pair Mode.
- Press the button a few more times until the electric heater icon appears in the app.
- Once the icon appears, the device is successfully connected.
Important: Wi-Fi
The Wi-Fi router in your home must operate on a 2.4 GHz network. If the router is set to 5 GHz only, the heater cannot connect. In that case adjust the router settings so that a 2.4 GHz network is available.
