Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Below you will find the information and a model withdrawal form.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the goods.
How to withdraw
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform Heatnest B.V. (Marconistraat 16, 3029 AK Rotterdam, hello@heatnest.nl) of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. by email). You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise agreed.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised (such as custom design or made-to-order colours), to the extent permitted by applicable law.
