Custom colour radiator: what are the options?

Standard models in standard colours do not always work. Sometimes you need a specific shade to match a unique paint colour, or a size that falls outside the regular range. Here is what is available.

Custom colour at Heatnest

Alongside the standard colour collection, Heatnest offers the option to order a radiator in a non-standard colour. This can be based on:

• RAL colour code — most common RAL colours are available
• NCS colour code — on request
• Colour sample or reference — when you are unsure about a specific shade

Are all models available in custom colours?

Most models in the Heatnest range are available in custom colours. Check via product advice if you want to combine a specific model with a custom shade.

The standard colour collection

The fixed collection consists of carefully chosen shades suited to common interior types:

• Pure Ivory — bright white, timeless
• Midnight Noir — matte black (RAL 9005)
• Soft Linen — warm beige, suits natural and Scandinavian interiors
• Stone Grey — cool grey-beige, neutral and modern
• Urban Taupe — warm grey-beige tone

Lead time for custom colours

Custom colours require more production time than standard models. Allow 4–6 weeks of additional lead time compared with a standard colour. Factor this in if you have a renovation deadline.

Is custom colour worth it?

If the standard collection does not suit your interior, custom colour is certainly worth considering. The radiator is a visible element in the room — a colour that genuinely fits gives a more considered result than a standard white or grey that only almost works.
