Not satisfied? Within 14 days you can return your order free of charge. Here is how.
14-day reflection period
You have 14 days after receipt to decide whether to keep the product. Want to return it? Send the product back undamaged and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the product does not match the description.
How to return?
- Send an email to hello@heatnest.nl with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send you instructions and possibly a return label.
- Pack the product carefully and send it to the address provided.
- After receipt and inspection we will refund the amount within 14 days.
Custom design
Custom-made or personalised radiators are excluded from the standard return policy. When in doubt, please contact us.
