Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements between Heatnest and the customer. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing.

Applicability
These terms apply to all agreements between Heatnest and the customer. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions. Any previous versions are thereby replaced.
- Art. 2
Quotes and agreement
Quotes are non-binding unless otherwise stated. An agreement is formed when Heatnest confirms the order (by email or via the webshop). Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated, and exclusive of any shipping costs.
- Art. 3
Delivery time and delivery
Stated delivery times are indicative. Heatnest will endeavour to deliver orders within the indicated period. Delay does not entitle you to dissolution or compensation, unless there is a breach after written notice.
- Art. 4
Payment
Payment is made by the methods indicated on the website (e.g. iDEAL, credit card, Klarna). For invoice payment, payment must be made within the set period. In case of late payment, statutory interest and extrajudicial collection costs are for the customer's account.
- Art. 5
Returns and withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. See our Returns page for the exact procedure and any exceptions (e.g. custom-made products).
- Art. 6
Warranty and complaints
Heatnest guarantees that products conform to the agreement. Accessories carry a 2-year warranty; radiators carry a longer warranty as stated on the product page. Complaints must be reported in writing within a reasonable period after discovery.
- Art. 7
Liability
Heatnest is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage or lost profit. Liability is in all cases limited to the amount of the order in question.
- Art. 8
Applicable law and disputes
Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Heatnest is established.
